Duties and Responsibilities in Accounting
1. Cost Accountant
Maintain product cost accounting
Separate cost accounting by production department
Prepare monthly inventory reports
Report on non-moving inventory over 6 months
Coordinate with various departments
Summarize monthly production output
Prepare monthly overtime reports for the production department
2. Accounts Payable Officer
Verify payment documents
Check the accuracy of supporting documents, calculations, and approvals
Prepare tax reports (PP.30), withholding tax reports (PND.1, PND.3, PND.53), and social security reports (SSO.10-1)
Prepare payment vouchers
Verify the accuracy of payment records from vouchers
File payment vouchers in numerical order for easy reference
Record purchase transactions
Summarize daily purchase journals and prepare general vouchers, recording related accounts at the end of each month
3. Accounts Receivable Officer
Prepare invoices and record transactions
Record accounts receivable payments
Summarize daily and monthly branch sales
Summarize weekly accounts receivable balances
Prepare monthly accounts receivable aging reports
Prepare monthly sales tax reports (PP.30)
